Summer Camp Refund Policy:

We do understand that summer plans can change (often at the last minute), and we accommodate changes for as long as is practical for a small business.

In fact, we’re happy to say that we have the most generous camp refund policy of any Horse Camp in the Houston area.

1. We always accommodate transfers to another camp as long as space exists in the new session. No fee for transferring from one session to another.

2. For cancellation up to two weeks before camp, we will refund 100% of camp registration fees. Please e-mail Heidi at info@allhearthorsefarm.com to request a refund. No fee is charged for this refund, and they will be processed and mailed within 14 days of e-mailed request.

3. For cancellations within two weeks before camp, a 100% credit will be given toward another summer camp session, riding lessons, or a gift certificate for lessons or camp. This credit will be redeemable for 1 year from the original date of purchase.

4. If a camp session is completely full, we will let all campers in that session know that they will only receive a refund if a replacement camper is found and registered.
